Stabilizing ML360 Performance

While infiltrating enemy camps, I was amazed that CPU temps dropped below 20℃, but eerie frame rate jumps totally broke my immersion. I tried disabling all power-saving options in the BIOS, but that just caused power consumption to spike above 300W per HWInfo64 without stabilizing the frequency. I finally used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to decouple cooling voltage from CPU temperature and set a 5℃ hysteresis zone, adjusting Vcore offset to +0.02V. RTSS confirmed frame times converged to 11-14ms, with core temps stable at 35-42℃ per AIDA64.
