Why is my Enshrouded character lagging in Misty Forest combat?

I was stuck in a critical Misty Forest fight when my KingBank Soarblade RGB DDR5 6000 started causing visible micro-stutters. I tried increasing the page file size, but it backfired, dropping my frame rate from 78 to 61 FPS. Frustrated, I opened GamePP BIOS Voltage Regulator to manually tighten timings from 30-36-36-96 @ 1.25V to 28-34-34-90 @ 1.30V. After applying the changes, AIDA64 confirmed memory latency dropped from 102-115ns to a stable 76-82ns. MemTest86 ran six loops with zero errors, and the frame time stabilized at 5.1-6.
