How do I stop sudden thermal throttling on a Jonsbo CR-1400 ARGB?

While taking on the final boss, I hit these brutal stutters that are absolutely lethal when you're trying to time a perfect guard. The default fan curve on the Jonsbo CR-1400 ARGB just can't handle the transient power spikes; I saw core temps jump from 62,0C to 94,0C in a single second, which immediately triggered the CPU's thermal throttling. I first tried forcing a locked core frequency via software, but that was a disaster and just gave me a Blue Screen of Death. I eventually dove into the BIOS -> Hardware Monitor -> Fan Control and redefined the PWM curve: 65,0C set to 70% duty cycle and 85,0C pinned to 100%. Monitoring with HWiNFO, the peaks were suppressed to 76,0C - 82,0C, and my frame times tightened from a messy 16-42ms down to a steady 11-15ms. I did notice some annoying resonance at low speeds after the first tweak, which I only fixed after swapping out the mounting pads. Now temps sit comfortably at 72,0C - 78,0C. After a three-hour stress test, the clocks are rock steady.
