Stop Core Scheduling Lag
I was losing my mind with severe periodic stuttering in crowded towns, which totally broke the immersion during NPC interactions. I tried disabling all E-Cores in the BIOS, but that was too drastic; while it stopped the drops, my average FPS plummeted by 15. Turns out, I just needed better scheduling. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to elevate the game process priority from Normal to Realtime and enabled the High Performance power plan. RTSS confirmed my frame time stabilized between 14-18ms, and HWMonitor showed CPU temps stayed at 68-76℃. It's finally smooth!
