Calibrating Sapphire RX 9070 XT VRAM
I was getting absolutely wrecked in the Abyss dungeon because my character kept lagging. My Sapphire RX 9070 XT VRAM usage spiked to 14.2GB, and frame generation time jumped from 8ms to 15ms per GamePP. I tried increasing virtual memory, but it only made load times worse. Using GamePP Hardware Sensor, I adjusted the VRAM frequency from 2000MHz to 2100MHz and fine-tuned the voltage offset. After this, frame generation time converged to 7-9ms. GPU temperature stabilized at 68-72℃ via AIDA64, and fan speed held steady at 1800-2000 RPM. This finally saved my immersion.
