How do I stop CPU heat spikes in Cyberpunk 2077 with Huntkey T620?

I was losing immersion in Night City as my CPU spiked past 82°C. I tried locking fans at 2000 RPM, but it failed, pushing heat to 88°C. I used GamePP Fan Curve Config to set a linear curve starting at 70°C and min RPM at 600. In AIDA64, temps stabilized at 68-72°C and RTSS showed frame times dropping from 12-18ms to a smooth 8ms.
