My CPU keeps throttling during massive team fights in Black Desert Remastered with a V360 LOKI. How do I stop these temp swings?

During high-intensity skill rotations at the seaside battlegrounds, my CPU temps shot from 65°C to 91°C in just five seconds according to AIDA64. This thermal shock caused instant clock speed drops and noticeable micro-stuttering. I noticed the Valkyrie V360 LOKI pump speed was bouncing erratically between 2200-2800 RPM, making the fan noise sound like a jet engine. I first tried switching to 'Silent' mode in the BIOS, but that was a disaster; temps hit 96°C and triggered a hard throttle. Realizing the defaults were useless, I opened the GamePP Fan Curve Config Panel and defined a linear growth segment for the 78°C-88°C range, capping the max speed at 2400 RPM.
