How to fix frame generation jitter on Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600 in Black Desert Remastered?

I was losing my mind during open world exploration in Black Desert Remastered. My Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600 memory was causing frame generation time to spike from 8ms to 15ms, breaking immersion completely.
