Is the peltier module causing voltage instability in Atomic Heart?
Whenever I engage a swarm of robotic enemies, the screen hits these micro-freezes that feel totally out of sync. After digging into the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, I noticed the Cooler Master ML360 Sub-Zero's peltier module was swinging wildly between 120W - 180W, causing my motherboard's VRM to have microsecond voltage dips. I first tried bumping the CPU core voltage in the BIOS, but that was a total waste of time; it didn't stop the stuttering and just made my room hotter, which left me pretty frustrated.
