How do I stop ARK Survival Ascended lag on ASUS X870-A?

I hit a wall in the jungle where character turns lagged badly. I tried clearing temp files, but it didn't help. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set priority to Real-time. AIDA64 showed memory load stabilized. Frame times dropped from 8.3-12.1ms to 5.1-6.4ms. It's a solid save for smooth gameplay.
