Fixing Army Charge Stutters
During my first charge in a massive battle, the screen stuttered noticeably, which is unacceptable in a strategy game. I tried reducing the unit count in-game; while FPS rose by 5, the stutters remained, pushing me toward aggressive cooling. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to lock the pump at 100% and switched the fan mode to Full Speed. RTSS confirmed frame times converged to 14-18ms, and AIDA64 showed CPU temperatures maintained at 68-75°C while GamePP tracked pump delays of 5-12s. Time to switch
