Solve Novigrad Crowd Stuttering
The Next-Gen version's high-precision crowds caused my FPS to plummet from 80 to 45 in the city, which was a huge step down from the old version. I tried disabling all energy-saving options in the BIOS, but my CPU temperature hit 94℃ and caused a full system reboot. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the process priority to Real-time and optimized thread distribution. Frame generation time converged to 10-14ms per RTSS, and CPU temps stabilized at 67-73℃ per AIDA64. Final frame times hit 5.1-6.4ms via RTSS, making the city feel alive again.
