Preventing SSD Thermal Throttling
Intense combat in The Division pushed my Fanxiang S790E to 68-72℃, causing immediate performance throttling. I tried adding more case fans, which just made the PC noisy without fixing the heat. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to adjust SSD cooling fan speeds to 2000 RPM at 65℃ and 2500 RPM at 70℃. GamePP Hardware Sensors confirmed SSD temperature dropped to 60-65℃ and fan speed stabilized at 2000-2200 RPM. The drive now stays cool and fast under heavy load.
