Why does TEKKEN 8 drop frames on Onda H610M+ when battle effects are enabled?

With battle effects on, GPU temperature spiked past 80℃ per HWiNFO64, triggering downclocking and frame drops. I tried maxing out fan speed manually, but the noise was unbearable, leaving me helpless. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to create an aggressive cooling curve starting at 60℃. This dropped the peak temperature from 82℃ to 68℃ on the GamePP Hardware Sensor. Frame rates recovered to stability, and the cooling strategy was effective after adding a hysteresis interval, allowing me to switch back to normal play.
