Fixing GPU scheduling stutters on Vastarmor RX 9070 XT
Just as I'm creeping through the shadows, a massive frame drop hits, and the immersion is totally shattered. It's an infuriating experience. The data showed the Vastarmor Radeon RX 9070 XT Super Alloy was hitting 15-22ms scheduling delays during complex lighting transitions, causing frame times to swing between 11ms and 38ms. I tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' in Windows, but the stutters persisted, proving that the issue was deeper in the GPU's clock behavior. I went into the AMD software and locked the core frequency at 2600MHz while setting power management to 'Max Performance'. RTSS showed the frame time variance finally settled into a 9-13ms window. I did deal with a couple of driver timeouts early on, but adding a +0.03V offset to the core voltage stabilized everything. GPU temps are sitting at 65-71℃ with fans between 1500-1700 RPM. The game is smooth now, though the power draw is noticeably higher.
