Thread Scheduling Fix

The experience was terrible; P-Core and E-Core scheduling conflicts during fog rendering caused the frame rate to swing wildly between 55 and 90 FPS. I tried disabling all E-Cores in the BIOS; while drops decreased, overall system responsiveness slowed down, which was very frustrating. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to bind the game to P-Cores 0-5 and set priority to Realtime. RTSS showed frame time converged to 8-12ms, and AIDA64 recorded CPU temps at 62-68℃.
