Correcting Frame Sync

The experience was terrible; panning across the map resulted in severe horizontal tearing and erratic frame rates. I tried enabling V-Sync in the driver panel, but input lag spiked to over 32ms per RivaTuner, making the game feel like walking through mud. I then used GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to lock the sampling rate at 100% and activated Enhanced Sync. Frame rate fluctuations converged to 140-145fps per GamePP, and frame time stabilized at 5-7ms per RivaTuner, with fans at 1400 RPM per HWiNFO64.
