Fixing Kingston DDR4 2666 bandwidth issues in RE: Village?

Seeing those 1% lows finally stabilize above 60 FPS was an incredible feeling. At first, fighting in the village square was a nightmare; the frame rate would jump between 80 and 45 FPS like a heart monitor. The GamePP sensor page showed memory bandwidth saturation staying above 95%. I tried lowering the graphics settings to ease the load, but the game just looked blurry and still stuttered, which was totally unacceptable. I then opened the GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel, set the memory mapping priority to maximum, and manually locked the page file to a fast NVMe partition. RTSS showed frame times converging from a messy 15ms - 40ms down to a steady 12ms - 18ms.
