Stop RE9 Stealth Stutters
Sneaking through narrow corridors in Resident Evil 9 was ruined when the frame rate dropped from 80 to 45, killing the horror tension. I tried disabling power-saving mode in the BIOS, but temps spiked to 88℃ per AIDA64, triggering thermal throttling. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force High Performance mode and set the game process priority to High. RTSS showed frame intervals converging to 9-14ms, and AIDA64 confirmed GPU temps at 64-70℃. The atmosphere is now perfectly preserved!
