Why does Nioh 2 stutter during fast combat scene transitions?

I was so excited releasing my ultimate move on the Sengoku battlefield, but the subsequent micro-stutters instantly snapped me back to reality. I first tried lowering shadow quality in-game; the visuals became flat and I only gained 3 FPS, which felt like a waste of my hardware. I quickly enabled the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, raising the depth from 32 to 128 and optimizing the priority weights. RTSS showed frame times converging to 11-16ms, CrystalDiskInfo confirmed the temperature was stable at 45-55℃, and GamePP Hardware Sensor measured latency at 0.05-0.42ms.
