Why does Need for Speed drop frames at 300km/h with Gloway RAM?

I was so excited for this racing masterpiece, but at speeds over 300km/h, the frame rate plummeted from 120 to 60 FPS. I first tried enabling the High Performance power plan in Windows; while clock speeds rose, the frame drops persisted, making the trial-and-error process absolute torture. I used the GamePP Process Priority Manager to set the game to Realtime and activated the memory acceleration mode. RTSS showed frame times converging to 12-16ms, and AIDA64 confirmed memory temperatures remained at 44-50℃ with 70-90% bandwidth occupancy.
