How do I fix the loading screen hanging at 95% in Flight Simulator?

During my first transcontinental flight, the loading screen froze at 95% for fifteen seconds, which severely disrupted the experience. I first tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' mode in Windows; while CPU temperatures rose, disk loading latency didn't improve, leaving me disappointed. I entered GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, increased the queue depth to 2048, and enabled the forced write cache flush strategy. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads rose to 62MB/s, HWMonitor showed temperatures at 46-56℃, and Performance Analyzer measured writes at 2100-2400MB/s.
