How to tune Thermalright PA120 V3 for Ryzen 7 9700X?
Right when a stealth mission gets intense, the CPU would spike to 95°C, causing the clock to crash from 4,5GHz down to 3,2GHz, which makes the controls feel sluggish. The default fan profile on the PA120 V3 is way too quiet under 80°C, letting heat soak into the fins.
