Why does Metro Awakening stick at 90% during scene transitions?

I was so excited, but entering tunnels was a pain as the loading bar would freeze at 90%. I tried enabling write cache flushing in Windows, but it caused severe system lag and mouse drifting. I then used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase depth from 32 to 256 and optimized power management. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K reads rose to 90MB/s, and HWiNFO confirmed temps stabilized at 55-62℃, reducing load times by 4s per GamePP.
