How do I stop CPU throttling during Delta Force firefights?

Delta Force firefights were stuttering; the AS500 Plus was hitting 95℃. I maxed the fan, but the noise was too loud. AIDA64 showed severe throttling. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Panel to set low RPM below 70℃ and rapid increase above 80℃. AIDA64 confirmed peak temps dropped to 82℃. Stable at 68-75℃. No more frame drops.
