How do I fix minor stuttering in Mass Effect dialogue on my Soyo board?

Cockpit dialogue scenes had annoying micro-stutters. I tried rolling back drivers, which caused black screens. I used the GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to install driver 24.12.1 and disabled auto-updates. RTSS monitoring showed frame intervals dropping from 15-30ms to 8-10ms, and in-game stats confirmed stability. The immersion is finally intact.
