GW3500 I/O Queue Optimization
The freezes during galaxy scene transitions were maddening; the screen would lock for about 2 seconds, completely breaking the flow. I first tried setting my virtual memory to half of the remaining disk space, but that just caused more read/write conflicts and more frame drops. I then used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to lock the queue depth at 512 and disabled disk indexing. Now, random read latency is down to 9-13ms per GamePP Analysis, disk temps are a cool 38-48℃ per AIDA64, and I/O peaks stay stable per GamePP Sensor.
