Stop Manhattan Swing Stutters
As I swung through Manhattan at top speed, I was excited until I noticed the screen starting to drop frames rhythmically. I tried lowering the in-game resolution, but the drops continued and the image became blurry, proving the issue was storage-related. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to switch the storage read mode to Low Latency Priority and cleared 2GB of temp cache. Frame generation time converged to 16-20ms per RTSS, with read bandwidth utilization at 60-75% per CrystalDiskMark and temps at 38-45℃ per HWiNFO64.
