Why does Like a Dragon: Ishin! stutter during loading on an RTX 3050?

Loading times in Like a Dragon: Ishin! were annoying. I tried overclocking VRAM to 1800MHz, but got visual artifacts. I used GamePP DLSS Calibrator to switch to 'Quality' mode and set sharpening to 65. Now, AIDA64 shows VRAM temp at 62-66°C. Load times dropped from 10s to 6s. The stutter is gone, and the game runs smoothly. It's a simple fix that works.
