Stop Combat Micro-Stutters
I was so excited to finally fix this! During full-screen attacks, the game would stutter for 0.3s without warning, which was infuriating. I tried disabling all power-saving options in Windows, but FPS only rose by 3 and CPU temp increased by 6℃, which was discouraging. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch LL mode to L3 and added a 0.015V offset. RTSS showed frame times converging to 10-14ms, HWInfo recorded Vcore at 1.15V to 1.30V, and HWMonitor showed temps at 65-75℃.
