How to optimize memory performance for Final Fantasy XV on MSI PRO B760M?

While cruising through the streets of Insomnia, the smooth visuals would suddenly twitch, and it honestly made me want to rip the RAM sticks out. The GamePP Hardware Sensor Page showed memory latency jumping between 75-92ns, meaning the default XMP on the MSI B760M just couldn't handle the city's data load. I tried increasing the Windows page file to 32GB, but that did absolutely nothing for the latency and actually dropped my FPS by 10—a total waste of time. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard to bump the RAM voltage from 1.35V to 1.38V and tightened the tRFC from 600 down to 560.
