Optimizing PCIe Bus Voltage
Walking through the center of Rome, the building textures remained blurry for several seconds, which was visually jarring. I tried lowering the texture quality in game settings, but the images just became crude while the loading delay persisted, which made me furious. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to nudge the PCIe bus voltage from 1.0V to 1.05V and updated the firmware. RTSS showed frame times converged to 12-18ms, and HWiNFO64 confirmed temperatures stabilized at 42-50℃.
