How to fix CPU overheating in Expeditions: Rome battle scenes?

I was so excited to experience the grand Roman battlefields, but that turned into confusion when the CPU hit 92℃ and the game started stuttering. I tried enabling Windows Game Mode, but it didn't help the temperature and actually increased background process usage, which was frustrating. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock High Performance mode and boosted the fans to 2000 RPM above 75℃. Main frequency stabilized at 4.4GHz per Cinebench monitoring, and CPU temperature stayed at 76-81℃ per AIDA64, with RAM usage at 16-20GB via GamePP.
