Elden Ring Thermal Response
During boss fights in the Lands Between, my CPU temp spikes from 65℃ to 88℃ instantly per AIDA64, causing jarring stutters. I tried switching the Windows power plan to Balanced, but it only made the minimum FPS drop to 40, which actually excited me to take manual control. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to move the response threshold to 55℃ and ramp up to 85% speed at 70℃. HWiNFO monitoring showed CPU temperatures stabilized at 72-78℃, and GamePP confirmed frame times converged to 12-16ms.
