Why does Destiny 2 frame rate drop during raid combat, and is the voltage unstable on my Corsair RAM?

I was deep in a raid encounter in Destiny 2 when my memory temperature hit 72℃ and the frame rate dropped from 120 to 65 FPS. I assumed it was a cooling issue and adjusted the fan curves, but the voltage drop errors persisted and the throttling continued. The problem was actually electrical. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Wizard to manually set the load line voltage to 1.35V for my Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600MHz. Cinebench monitoring confirmed the temperature stabilized at 65-68℃ and the frame rate recovered to 115-120 FPS. The system runs cool and stable now.
