Why are map loading times so long in Death Stranding with Crucial RAM?

Loading screens stalled for ages, breaking the flow. Updating the BIOS did nothing. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to boost frequency from 2666MHz to 3200MHz and set voltage to 1.35V. GamePP Benchmark confirmed load times dropped to 5 seconds. CPU-Z verified the 3200MHz speed. It's a huge improvement.
