How do I fix blurry textures in Dead Space 2 Remake?

Facial textures in Dead Space 2 Remake looked like a blur. I tried Balanced DLSS, but it got worse. HWiNFO showed 56-62℃ temps. I used GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to set sharpening to 75. RivaTuner confirmed sharp pixels. This switch to high clarity was a game changer for 4K.
