How to stop frame drops while driving in Cyberpunk 2077 with Kioxia?

Speeding through the streets of Night City, the screen would suddenly stutter without warning, a feeling of breakage magnified at 4K. I tried changing the PCIe mode from Auto to Gen4 in BIOS, but performance barely budged; simple tweaks couldn't fix deep scheduling issues. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase depth to 128 and enabled Ultimate Performance mode. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K reads rose to 58-65MB/s, and AIDA64 confirmed temps at 55-61℃.
