Intel 545S SATA Bottleneck Fix
I was hyped for the Overdrive mode lighting, but driving fast through Night City caused severe screen freezes. It was a total buzzkill. I tried setting virtual memory to a fixed size, which helped a bit but increased loading times by 30%, failing to bypass the SATA limit. I then enabled the GamePP Resource Scheduler, set the game to real-time priority, and restricted all background disk services. RTSS showed frame generation time converged from 40-80ms to 25-35ms. HWMonitor showed temps at 35-42℃, and CrystalDiskMark hit a 600 MB/s limit.
