Stabilizing VRM Voltage Dips

Every time a smoke grenade exploded, the frame rate plummeted from 140 to 60 per FrameView due to a 1.1V dip per AIDA64. I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher for Ultimate Performance and adjusted the BIOS load-line voltage to L2. Cinebench R23 scores rose to 30500 and voltage stabilized at 1.2-1.25V per AIDA64, with CPU temps at 78-84℃ per AIDA64.
