Fixing thermal throttling on Jonsbo CR-1400E in COD 2026?

Right in the middle of a sprint, my frames would tank from 144 down to 60—the kind of performance drop that makes you want to throw your monitor. The tiny fins on the Jonsbo CR-1400E ARGB just can't handle 200W bursts; the core hit the 95℃ limit in 15 seconds, hitting a massive frequency wall. I tried enabling PBO auto-overclocking in the BIOS, but that just shot the temp to 105℃ and forced a shutdown—a painful lesson in the physical limits of small coolers. I ended up capping the CPU PL1 at 125W and PL2 at 150W, while setting the fan curve to hit 100% the moment it touches 75℃. In RTSS, the clocks finally stayed between 4.6-4.9GHz, and the FPS stayed in a tight 130-140 range. I noticed a 5% dip in multi-core scores after the cap, but I clawed that back with a -0.03V voltage offset. Core temps now hover around 82-87℃. Confirmed the power wall is working via the performance panel, and the mode switch is done.
