How to fix micro-stuttering in Black Myth: Wukong with AK500?

I was so excited! After tweaking parameters, the micro-stutters during intense fights completely vanished. I first tried enabling Power Saving mode in BIOS; while temps dropped 5℃, minimum FPS fell from 50 to 32 per RTSS, which was a disappointing performance cut. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to force 85% speed above 75℃. Core temperatures converged to 68-74℃ per AIDA64 monitoring, and CPU-Z confirmed the frequency stabilized from 3.0-4.5GHz.
