Jonsbo CR-1000MAX Setup
In the middle of a chaotic 64-player firefight, my frames would suddenly plummet from 120 to 40, making it impossible to track targets. I tried enabling power-saving mode in the BIOS, which lowered the temperature but cost me 15 FPS on average—a backwards move that made me realize I needed manual control. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to jump the fan speed to 75% at 60℃ and removed the ramp-up delay. Now, CPU temperature is stable at 76-82℃ per HWMonitor, and frame times have tightened to 8-12ms per FrameView.
