Eliminating Shader Latency

Facing those weird robots, the micro-stutters from rendering latency made me eager to fix it immediately. I tried disabling some lighting effects in-game, but the visuals lost their metallic texture, which was a total waste of time. I used the GamePP Shader Compilation Queue Manager to clear 4.2GB of redundant cache. RTSS showed frame times converged to 11-14ms, and GPU-Z confirmed temperatures stayed stable at 60-66℃.
