Is Zhitai TiPro9000 4TB unstable in Assassin's Creed Valhalla?
The vistas in England are stunning, but the excitement dies when the game hitches during a transition. The Zhitai TiPro9000 Limited Edition 4TB has a dynamic SLC cache that, once full, sees write speeds plummet from 7000MB/s to a mediocre 1100-1400MB/s, which kills the map loading speed. I initially tried the 'half-free-space' virtual memory trick, but that just made the read/write conflicts worse in this open world. I used a partition tool to re-calibrate the 4K alignment and slapped on the latest NVMe drivers. In AS SSD, random R/W jumped from 48MB/s to 62-75MB/s, and region loads dropped to 7 seconds.
