Why does my frame generation time fluctuate wildly during stealth in Phantom Brigade's abandoned factory?

While sneaking in the abandoned factory, frame times fluctuated from 10ms to 18ms, causing anxiety. I initially tried manual CPU overclocking, but the system became unstable. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to change the mode from Balanced to High Performance. CPU temperature remained stable at 72-75℃ per GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, and frequency stabilized at 4.8-5.0GHz, confirming the fix. The Samsung 990 PRO 4TB with Heatsink now delivers consistent performance without stuttering.
