How to fix micro-stuttering in Assassin's Creed Shadows on JGinyue?

Stealth sequences stuttered due to RGB light service conflicts. Disabling the keyboard driver initially failed. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to disable the RGB sync service. RivaTuner confirmed frame time converged from 15-25ms to 8-10ms, making gameplay smooth.
