How do I fix the momentary stutters when switching scenes in Spider-Man Remastered?

The stutters when summoning units were incredibly annoying. Increasing virtual memory made the disk conflicts worse. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to set depth to 2048. CrystalDiskMark now shows 4K reads at 68-75MB/s and stable temps at 42-55℃. The game loads instantly.
