In PUBG, the ASUS TUF B850M causes a momentary voltage drop during intense combat leading to system freezes, does adjusting the power plan stabilize voltage?

In the final circle of the match and during combat, the image suddenly freezes in a provocative way. Comparing data via the GamePP Frame Time Analyzer, I found that the gap between frames fluctuated between 12ms and 45ms, even though CPU usage was only between 65-75%, meaning the delayed power delivery response in the B850M caused a momentary voltage drop. I first tried disabling all power saving options from the BIOS, but the result was the CPU idle temperature rising to 58℃ with terrifying fan noise, a primitive solution and a waste of time.
