Optimizing Physics in Ark 2
I was excited to find that physics simulation speed doubled after adjusting CPU parameters, but only after fixing stability. I attempted manual overclocking to 5.2GHz, which resulted in a system blue screen and restart, proving the voltage was insufficient. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to fine-tune voltage to 1.20V and lock frequency at 5.0GHz. GamePP Hardware Sensor confirmed voltage stability in the 1.10-1.18V range before adjustment. Cinebench R23 multi-core test showed a stable score of 22000 points, with CPU temperature dropping from 82℃ to 75℃, ensuring consistent physics calculations.
